**What will you do on a normal day?**
To lead all activities for the volume recruitment process, ATS system management and all administration to support offers and the start of the onboarding process. Extend support as required to our broader HR function from time to time as the business needs.
**Talent Attraction**
- Support for volume assessment centres across different locations as required including recruitment and career days
- Manage and generate all new hire contracts, right to work checks and background checks.
- Continually look for opportunities to simplify our processes and optimise the ATS system.
- Ensure all processes are relevant and appropriately underpin ‘easy to deal with’
- Be an ambassador for all things talent attraction
**Broader Team**
- Ensure that we gather data from systems in a timely manner for reporting to business
- Represent the recruitment team as needed on functional projects
**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, administration skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working in a recruitment/resourcing role
- Experienced with continuous improvement projects, ideally around systems and processes (desirable, not essential).
- Fully Competent with Microsoft Office
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Takes initiative to seek out process and customer experience improvements
- Self-starter in managing and prioritising work
- Excellent customer service skills and manner
- Team player with a collaborative approach
