Flannery Plant Hire is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As a Plant Resourcer you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest operators seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilising the existing database to source operators
- Dealing with general day to day queries
- Being proactive in finding/screening new operators
- Ensuring all documents and references are verified
- Being well organised and planning ahead
- Building / Maintaining relationships with new / existing operators.
- Being able to problem solve

**Experience**:

- Previous resourcing experience in the construction industry
- Confidence in speaking to a variety of people
- Excellent organisational skillsExperience in being able to multitask, and follow instructions
