Barrhead Travel, The Holiday and Tailor Made Travel Specialists have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our team based in Glasgow City Centre.

Reporting directly to the HR & Recruitment Manager our team provides end to end recruitment solutions and support to all areas of the business.

**About the role**:

- Work as part of a small team to deliver effective recruitment solutions across the business
- Prepare documentation including job descriptions and adverts
- Advertise vacancies internally and externally
- Liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
- Arranging interviews
- Assist at recruitment events
- Support the team with other general admin duties

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous recruitment experience in either an in house or recruitment agency environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a demanding workload
- Flexible approach with a can do attitude
