This is a 12-months temporary full-time role working 40 hours per week to cover maternity leave (October 22 - October 23). On offer is a salary of £23,000 and benefits package.**:
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**As Facilities Supervisor you'll support the Facilities Manager in staff training/mobilisation and help ensure full site compliance and KPI delivery across the HMCTS contract.**

**What will you deliver?**:

- Ensure that all cleaning staff in the region are fully trained
- Carry out Monthly Toolbox Talks across all sites
- Frequent site visits
- Attend KPI audits meeting with clients
- Support the Facilities manager in arranging cover, staff holiday planning, mobilisation and any payroll queries
- Act as a point of escalation for the client in matters relating to all buildings in their portfolio

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience of industry/public cleaning services (essential)
- Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations (essential)
- COSHH Knowledge (desirable)
- Able to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential
