Our client is a full-service commercial law firm with offices across the North of England. We are looking for a Senior Events Executive to join the marketing team to plan and deliver a high-quality corporate events programme to include any event or initiative to develop business opportunities and profile-raising opportunities for the firm such as seminars, dinners, corporate hospitality, exhibitions, sponsored events, networking and client entertaining.**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Events team on the planning and delivery of Brabners’ firm-wide events programme including content-led seminars, conferences, networking events and hospitality amongst others.
- Responsibility for managing events CRM activity, from initial invitations, list creation through to completion and onsite delegate management.
- Working with the wider Marketing team (PR, Digital, Internal Comms) on various aspects of the events process in order to maximize return on investment.
- Onsite support at all events (as and when needed).
- Researching and visiting potential venues, packages and suppliers and maintaining external supplier relationships.
- Event debriefs, measurement of event success and co-ordination of attendee follow up plans.
- Monthly reporting on event KPIs including attendance, cost per head, feedback and follow-up.
- Event Management experience
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, whilst working to tight and multiple deadlines
- Experience of working in a corporate or professional services environment
- Experience of working on multiple projects and experience within an events/marketing role
- Demonstrate flexibility in relation to the working day and the management of projects
- Be proactive with the ability to work well on their own and also as part of a team
- Work as an integrated member of the Marketing team and assist with other marketing related activities as and when requested
- Show initiative and offer creative solutions
- Be enthusiastic, willing to learn and must have a flexible approach to the role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car whenever required
- Willing to travel
