**Job Description**:
Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Assessor - Remote delivery
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Assessor within a growing national training provider based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
As an Apprenticeship Assessor you will be required to support the delivery of the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor standards to learners across the country providing support and coaching to enable career development and progression within their organisations.
For this position you will need to be within easy reach of Newcastle upon Tyne to attend meetings at head office where required.
The package available for the position of Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Assessor:

- Basic salary of up to £27000.

Purpose of the role of the Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Assessor:

- Plan, prepare and deliver the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard to a caseload of learners.
- Apprentices will be located throughout the UK - delivery of group sessions and 1 to 1’s will be conducted via Teams.
- Deliver advice and guidance, support and tutorials to learners to prepare for assessments and their EPA.
- Ensure full compliance with procedures and use e-portfolio and internal spreadsheets where required completing all documentation to a high standard.
- Complete initial assessments and diagnostics to complete curriculum meetings and learning plans and reviews for all learners.
- Develop, plan and prepare quality learning materials and interactive sessions maintaining high quality learning materials.
- Contribute towards team meetings and course schemes of work and session plans.
- Working closely with the Lead Professional Development Assessor, curriculum managers, operations and delivery teams.
- Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Skills, experience and qualifications required for the position of Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Assessor:

- Hold a relevant Assessor qualification at Level 3 or above.
- An understanding of the Work-Based Learning sector and a proven track record of supporting learners through to EPA.
- Have up to date knowledge of using e-portfolio systems.
- Occupational experience of within a management position along with a Level 3 management qualification.
- Maths and English at Level 2 or above (or equivalent GCSE’s grade A to C or 4 to 9).
- You will need to be within easy reach of Newcastle upon Tyne to attend meetings at head office where required.
