**Sales Forecast and Supply Planning Manager - £38K-£45K DOE- Stockley Park, Uxbridge** **The Role** Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? STRAX, a leading global specialist in mobile accessories listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange, is looking for a Sales Forecast and Supply Planning Manager at our Stockley Park, London,UK office. We offer competitive rates, flexible work hours and a great opportunity to join a growing team As our Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing STRAX America's sales forecast and collaborating with our US sales support team. You will need to start later to enable you to have meetings with American colleagues, preferably 10am-6.30pm sometimeslater. Your task is to drive all meetings and lead our sales team to deliver a robust forecasting process, more strategic planning, and reducing the logístical cost to the business. **Key Responsibilities**: The key responsibilities of a Sales Forecast and Supply Planning Manager include, but are not limited to: - Lead and collaborate with Sales Support + Key Account Managers on their monthly sales forecast, Stock Allocation and Order fulfilment. - Collaborate with Sales Support and Navision (ERP) team on process improvements. - Implement ABC classification. - Own and Manage RMA - Sales Returns processes. - Work with Sales teams to align the supply plan with customer’s forecast and sales orders. - Execute with excellence in the area of Inventory replenishment and feedback to the Supply Chain group the opportunities and risks regarding Sales revenue target metrics. - Play vital role to find right Sales forecasting software / CRM tool and implementation. - Lead to a "one number" forecast that can be used consistently by all key stakeholders in the S&OP Process and by different departments. - Refine systems and methods to continually improve forecasts so that the company can better anticipate and meet customer needs. - Execute with excellence in the area of Inventory replenishment and feedback to the Supply Chain group the opportunities and risks regarding Sales revenue target metrics. - Develop reports and to help drive the business forwards with the view of cutting costs to increase profitability. **The Company** STRAX is a global leader in mobile accessories, offering a wide range of branded products, ranging from protection and power to connectivity and personal audio. We are the owners of multiplebrands, such as Urbanista, Clckr, RichmondFinch, Planet Buddies, XQISIT, AVO+, Dóttir and grell, and have also licensed popular brands such as adidas, Bugatti, Diesel, Superdry and WeSC. **The Person** The key skills and qualities of a Sales Forecast and Supply Planning Manager are: - Master’s degree. - +2/3-year experience in Sales forecasting and supply Planning. - Implementing processes and controls. - Microsoft Dynamics Navision. - Sound analytical and problem-solving skills. - Extremely detail oriented and willing to analyse down to the lowest level.
