Role - Station Grade (Relief Post)

Customer Service Role

Contract - Permanent

**Not your average role.**

This role is an exciting opportunity to work within our industry ensuring a high standard of customer service to our travelling customers. The role also has responsibility for sale of tickets and other rail service products providing customers with information and assistance. Maintenance/cleaning of station environment including platforms, watiing areas and toilets, ensuring that the station conforms to the Service Quality Incentive Regime requirements.

Hours of work: 35-hour week. Flexibility is essential to meet shift requirements as varied turns of duty involved including weekend working. The relief post will have a contractual commitment to work, when required by the company up to a maximum of 13 Sundays per calendar year.

Reference salary £ 32,845 per annum, Training salary £22,147 per annum.
