**Role Overview**:
As the Head of People, you will be responsible for shaping our company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead the HR strategy and work closely with leadership to develop initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports our business goals and promotes a positive work environment.
- **Talent Management**: Oversee human relations, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles.
- **Employee Engagement**: Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, implementing programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- **Diversity and Inclusion**: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards, staying updated on best practices in people management.
- **Team Development**: Mentor and develop the People team, promoting professional growth and effective collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as a Head of People or similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and people management strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with change management and organisational development.
- A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
- Experience of working within a regulated sector
- IT Proficiency: Skilled in IT software, including Microsoft packages and project management tools; quick to learn new software.

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
