Job Overview:
We are currently seeking Event and casual Staff to join our team ahead of our exciting expansion.

As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and event management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the event
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the event area throughout the event
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as required
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and adhere to proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient event setup and service
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing event requirements and schedules
- Culinary knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £7.85-£11.72 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
