Our Warehouse Operative role is responsible for ensuring our orders are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely and efficient fashion. Our Warehouse Team are imperative to the continued success of the organisation, and as such, we are looking for hard-working individuals with excellent time management and attention to detail skills.

This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Friday week, based out of CareCo’s Braintree site. The shift pattern for this role is 7:00am to 4:00pm.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Picking orders from location, ensuring the correct item has been obtained.
- Packing the item at our packing stations, ensuring the product is efficiently packaged with the relevant marketing materials included.
- Unloading containers full of CareCo products, to be placed in the relevant stock locations for future picking.
- Basic computer work when identifying stock locations, addresses, and shipping methods.
- General warehouse duties, including but not limited to keeping the warehouse space clear and tidy.

**What qualifications & skills are required of me?**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to carry out a variety of different warehouse duties, when required.
- Physically able to work for 8 hours a day, with heavy lifting involved during delivery days.
