**About the role**

The**Infrastructure Analyst**will be an active participant to the team, participating in documentation and knowledge sharing, assisting in supporting colleagues whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Working with a small teamof analysts on infrastructure, network configuration, user administration, system admin tasks and security tasks.

**Key Infrastructure Analyst requirements**:
Min 4+ years working in an Infrastructure role

Solid educational background or demonstrates strong intellectual capability - degree not required

Strategy - an understanding of prioritization, assessment of BAU/project driven workloads

Business analysis -experience working with modern methods, frameworks, standards and principles to progress business analysis workloads Partners - e.g. working with third parties to implement change

Strong experience of working within a team on change projects that are primarily customer-facing, front-office focused, mixed channel, leveraging customer insight, digital and data expertise

Strong experience of working in change projects that are colleague-facing, back-office focused, core platforms, mixed channel, leveraging platform, process, people, policy and data expertise. Experience in IT systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, AWS,M365 (Teams, PowerApps) Cloud platforms (Various), IBMi, Redhat/Linux,
