**What you’ll be doing**
**We’re looking for you to**:

- Have in-depth knowledge and experience of **designing and delivering leadership development**interventions that underpin behavioural and cultural change
- Demonstrate a good understanding of **talent management**processes and interventions
- Have a good understanding of **learning theories** and how these translate into learning solutions including the effective use of learning technologies
- Have excellent **planning** and **problem-solving** skills
- Be **results orientated** with a good knowledge of measurement frameworks for leadership and talent interventions
- Have strong **leadership skills**, with experience of managing, motivating and inspiring a high performing team
- Be an **influential communicator** with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Have experience in **budget management**:

- Be **confident** dealing with senior leaders
- Enjoy working **collaboratively**:

- Be **curious, innovative**and a **strategic thinker**; taking concepts into reality
