**Job Title**: Support Worker (Nights)
**Location**: Christchurch, BH23
**Type**: Full Time - Night Shifts
**Pay Rate**: £12.60 per hour
**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Support Worker** to join our night team in Christchurch. You will be responsible for providing care and support to residents during night hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide person-centred care and emotional support throughout the night.
- Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs.
- Monitor residents and respond promptly to their needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and handovers.
- Work collaboratively with the day staff to ensure continuity of care.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a **Care Assistant or Support Worker** is preferred.
- NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
- Flexibility to work full-time night shifts.
