We are a Timber Frame Manufacturer looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking individual to join our small team based in Little Addington.

The job will involve the cutting and manufacturing of timber frame components.

You will be expected to ensure that all timber components are made to the correct specification, checking and maintaining quality at every opportunity. Industrial woodworking saws must be used in a responsible and efficient manner to keep up with the high volume of production expected. Manual handing of heavy items is expected, so health and safety procedures must be adhered to at all times.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Read drawings accurately and efficiently.
- Use of woodworking machines to a safe working standard
- Keep to our high working specification at all times during the manufacture of the timber frames.
- Checking and measuring at all times to make sure all items are correct.
- Work to deadlines.
- Operate with the highest regard to Health & Safety ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety policy.

**Previous experience preferred but not essential.**

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 7am till 4pm with 30-minute break (42.5 hours).

Overtime available, with enhanced overtime rate.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
