We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The Role**

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day delivery of water contracts.

Supported by our Project Manager and Project Assistant, you will co-ordinate site resources and liaise with clients to provide reports and resolve any issues.

Contributing to the effective delivery of successful projects, you will complete timesheets, manage complaints and escalations, provide reports, and support site managers.

Additionally, you will:

- Check site readiness and manage resources for daily tasks
- Handle client reporting, including run rates and installation numbers
- Oversee project budgets, keeping progress within agreed KPIs
- Communicate with clients and handle complaints that may arise
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure effective on-site operations
- Contribute to the delivery of project completion, within deadlines and allocated budgets

**About You**

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Project co-ordination experience
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Budget management and numerical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Complaint resolution and problem-solving skills
