With your knowledge of consulting, strategy and the SME market, along with the desire to upskill in AI, you will contribute to developing transformative AI solutions that streamline business workflows and enhance efficiency. **About Us** Moon Labs are obsessed with making AI strategy simple and actionable in the UK. It's our place in the world to enable access to the best tools, training, and industry events to keep you on the cutting edge, so every business can use AI safely. **What Does Your Typical Day Look Like?** - Log in to ClickUp and collaborate with your team to prioritise the day’s tasks. - Get hands-on writing strategy books, discovery documents and write-ups of conversations - Setting up conversations with clients to uncover potential AI projects and needs. - Dive into data, making it tell stories and solve puzzles. - Engage in team discussions, contributing to both project and company-wide objectives. - Help clients understand AI and build a robust AI strategy for them. **What Do You Bring to the Table?** - Attitude, excitement, desire, learning. - No need to have tonnes of "experience" - just show us you can consult well. - Some experience in AI would be amazing. Experience being you've used it. - Basic familiarity with how web scraping and automation work in theory (so you can see gaps in clients workflows) - A proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. - Genuine excitement about tackling challenging problems with AI-driven solutions. **Rewards**: - A competitive salary with a range of £35,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus bonuses linked to performance and company success. - 25 days of annual leave in addition to UK bank holidays. - A nurturing learning environment with a dedicated time for research and development. **Job Type**: Full-time **Benefits**: - Flexible work arrangements with a hybrid-office model. - Opportunities to engage in leading AI industry events and training. **Schedule**: - Monday to Friday **Our Queries to You**: - How do you believe your fresh perspective can contribute to a startup culture that values rapid growth and innovation?
