**Graphic Designer (Contract & Hybrid) London** The Juice Plus+ Company is a $700+ million competitor in the health and wellness industry, utilising a unique combination of direct sales and e-commerce to market our carefully curated line of plant-based nutritional products and Tower Garden® aeroponicgrowing systems in pursuit of our mission to "Inspire Healthy Living Around the World." We operate in more than 25 countries and are in the midst of an ambitious global expansion effort. Owing to maternity leave, our fun and highly talented Creative Team wish to recruit a highly experienced Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the development of a range of digital, print and video creative content (including animation) across a rangeof global projects. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires a dynamic, resourceful and imaginative expert to work within the immediate team and across a range of key stakeholders from various functions. **Your day to day will include**: - Work closely with the Global Head of Creative Studio to develop design solutions with high visual impact across print, digital and video - Work with team members and stakeholders to determine deliverables, develop timelines, and ensure that work produced adheres to global branding and stakeholder business objectives across desired mediums - Develop concepts, designs, and illustrations that can be utilised across a range of marketing materials (including social, web, print, and product design) - Design layouts for social media including but not limited to social sharables, event flyers, photography design, video animation/design - Intrinsically understand the brand at its core and translate it into other experiential mediums and assist with the development and maintenance of brand identity processes - Deliver superior quality work across Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch and Phototshop (Premiere Pro and AfterEffects a plus) and create illustrations, infographics, and animation to a very high standard - Communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders whilst simultaneously analysing and incorporating feedback **You will bring**: - BA degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, Communications or other relevant field - Creative thinker with significant experience in a similar level role within a well-known household product brand (FMCG or similar preferably) - Possess an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multi-channel marketing models - Leading edge thinking on design trends and best practices with excellent design, layout, and typographic skills - Strong technical proficiency and extensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential - Proven competence in balancing multiple projects while ensuring quality and consistency - Natural collaborator with the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions cross-functionally - Solid understanding of photography/videography lighting and animation - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team, juggling conflicting priorities within what can be tight timescales at times - Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage and keep track of assets in various languages **What's in it for you?** This is a really great opportunity to be part of a fun, evolving business with amazing people and a great story to tell.
