Our team support clients who live in their own homes but have some care requirements. This may include personal care, support to prepare meals, administering medication, light domestic duties and support and supporting clients to get washed and dressed and enjoy day to day activities.

This role would suit dependable, kind, caring, compassionate support workers looking for a role offering an elevated level of job satisfaction, a supportive team environment and excellent rates of pay in an organisation who strive to offer the absolute best levels of care to clients.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support and care
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Administering medication
- Personal care
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping
- Build relationships with service users and understand what will really be effective to their daily lives
- Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting
- Encouraging and supporting clients with daily task
- Be able to provide support, guidance, and encouragement

The post holder will be required to travel to visit clients in the community, therefore access to your own reliable transport is preferred but not essential as is the requirement for business insurance on your vehicle.

We offer full support from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.
- Pay rates: £12.50 weekdays, £13.50 weekends, £18.75 bank holidays
- Car mileage is paid at 40p per mile
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays pro rata)

We offer excellent training & ongoing professional development for all team members including the opportunity for fully funded qualifications in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management.
