Area Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an Area Cleaning Supervisor to assist our General Manager within Greater Manchester.

The Area Cleaning Supervisor is ultimately responsible for ensuring high quality service standards for the site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the cleaning specification and associated agreed services fully delivered to consistently high standards and meets the customer requirements.
- Ensure provision of full-service delivery across the site as per contract specification
- Ensure quality standards are met through regular audits/inspections.
- Assist with management responsibilities including recruitment, HR, Training, Payroll, grievance, H&S compliance across the sites and disciplinary issues.
- Continually review to improve productivity whilst maintaining cleaning standards.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and current as per company standards.
- Able to cover cleaning work in order to meet the cleaning standards on site, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Right to Work in the UK
- Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive can-do attitude
- Experience managing staff/client relations (around 30 employees)
- A strong work ethic, determined and hard working
- Lead by example
- Ability to motivate and prioritise tasks
- Able to use buffers, carpet machines, rotary washers etc
- **A driving licence is essential for this position.**:

- **A clean, valid Enhanced DBS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17,000.00-£26,041.60 per year

- Area Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Enhanced DBS (preferred)
- Clean, UK driving license (preferred)

- United Kingdom (preferred)
