**IMMEDIATE START**

We have a great opportunity for an experienced, pro-active and reliable Cleaner to carry out the regular weekly clean at a new site and also step up to supervise and cover where necessary at a few other sites within an hour's drive (some fuel costs paid).

The sites are a mixture of welfare and office/communal areas and as the sites are fairly remote you will need to have your own vehicle.

**Hours** - 6 hours per week on the initial site to set up - to be carried out on 3 x 2 hour shifts on Mon, Weds, Fri each week.

Plus cover for any absences on the other 3 sites as ncessary - holiday, illness etc
**Times - Initial induction during office hours - then out of hours access if needed**
**Pay rate** - £14.50 p/hour - PAYE, paid monthly, accrued holiday. Will consider self-employed individuals also.

**General duties include**:

- General regular cleaning of the initial site
- Track supplies needed on all the local sites - 3/4
- Cover for planned or emergency absences
- Keep on top of safe working practices

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
