**Obtain your Competent Adviser Status for Mortgage and Protection with Tenet Financial Services.**

Due to increasing demand for obtaining competent adviser status (CAS) across the industry, Tenet has designed a paid Mentor to CAS program. Our aim is for you to obtain CAS within 6 months, and then proceed to set up as a Mortgage and Protection Adviserin Tenet Financial Services.

- A business plan outlining lead generation - template can be supplied upon request
- Ability to self-fund your early months as you build your business
- Cashflow forecast for the first year - template can be supplied upon request
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build meaningful working relationships at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions
