**Therapist - Aesthetics & Beauty**

**Compensation**:Competitive hourly rate (increases with experience) + 5% personal sales commission
**On-Target Earnings (OTE)**:£35,000-£40,000

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Locations**: Manchester

**Working Hours - 5 days a week, including**:

- Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Two other shifts: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sundays: Closed

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Providing exceptional, personalised aesthetic treatments across a wide portfolio—from facials and skin peels to laser, body contouring, and wellness boosters.
- Building rapport with clients from the very first consultation—listening to their goals and designing bespoke treatment plans to help them get there.
- Confidently recommending additional treatments and skincare to maximise client results and boost clinic performance.
- Maintaining the highest standards of treatment quality, hygiene, and professionalism—every single time.
- Keeping treatment rooms prepped, tidy, and fully stocked, and supporting wider clinic operations where needed.
- Working closely with the Clinic Sales Manager to help hit performance and revenue targets.
- Staying on top of client records, consent forms, and aftercare communication to ensure every touchpoint is seamless and supportive.
- Representing the Skin Space UK brand with pride, positivity, and professionalism—your energy sets the tone for the client experience.
- Helping people achieve their dream skin—while supporting a clinic that’s just as ambitious about results as you are.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A qualified therapist with NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)—Level 4 or advanced aesthetics training is a bonus, but not essential.
- Someone who’s either experienced in—or excited to be trained in—treatments like laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin resurfacing, chemical peels, body sculpting, tattoo removal, and wellness injections.
- A confident communicator who can build trust, explain treatments clearly, and recommend the right course of action to suit each client’s needs.
- Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and client transformation—with a desire to stay on top of industry trends and CPD.
- Calm, professional, and detail-oriented—comfortable working in a busy clinic environment and managing multiple clients per day.
- A team player who’s reliable, flexible, and ready to support both colleagues and clinic operations where needed.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Commercially aware with a track record (or potential) in upselling and contributing to sales targets.
- Knowledge of the latest skin technologies, laser devices, and skincare science.
