**Management Accountant | Global Creative Agency | London**
Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a Global Creative Agency with their search for a Management Accountant to join their rapidly growing team. Turning over around £20mill, they have a current headcount of around 150 out of their London HQ and another15 offices globally and are looking to expand further. The agency has strong focus on social media and online communities to deliver world class outputs for their brands. They are values led throughout all the work they do and how they look after their employees.
**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Controller, the role itself strikes an excellent balance of the ownership of Management Accounts, supporting and guiding junior finance members with day-to-day responsibilities and getting stuck in with commercial taskssupporting other business functions. The role offers a clear progression pathway to Financial Controller within an 18-24-month timeframe as you establish yourself and develop with the scaling business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts and supporting documents
- Month end journal posting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals / Prepayments
- Financial ledger maintenance
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting and KPI analysis.
- Dealing with external auditors
- Business Partnering
- Managing and supporting the Accounts Assistant
- System management
- Ad hoc finance duties
**What We Need to See (Essential Skills)**
- Qualified or PQ CIMA / ACCA
- 1-2 years' experience in a MA role
- MS Excel proficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good all-rounder, proactive, team player
**What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills)**
- Previous Creative Agency experience
**Start Date**:ASAP
**Salary**:£40,000 - £52,000
**Location**:Central London / Hybrid
