We are looking to recruit a live-in carer specifically for a client in the Saffron Walden area.

The client is a male in his 30s who requires support for the foreseeable future, however, the long-term aim is to encourage sufficient independence to enable him to live more independently.

The client plays football and enjoys walking in the countryside & part of this role will be to facilitate these activities, as well as encouraging greater independence in the client's brand new home. Our client is epileptic and autistic.

**Duties will include**:

- Motivating our Client to get the most out of their day
- Promoting & prompting independence
- Overseeing medication
- Taking our client to participate in activities locally
- Ensuring client safety (full training provided)

**You will**:

- Have the right to work in the UK
- Experience as a live-in carer, ideally experience with epilepsy.
- Speak fully fluent English
- Be a driver with a car to facilitate community access
- Enhanced DBS clearance and two satisfactory references from previous employers.
- Be motivated by a desire to promote people's independence
