**Summary**:
The Creative Producer is an integral role that sits as part of the Indicia Worldwide Agency’s Creative and Operations team, made up of ~20 multi-disciplined individuals; ranging from Art Directors, and Copywriters, to Designers Motion/Animators and Artworkers. Outside of the direct team, the Creative Producer will also support the rest of the Agency departments, including Data & Insight, Strategy & Planning, Professional Services, Data Engineering, Project Management & Client Services.

**Purpose of the role**:
As the Creative Producer, your number one priority will be ensuring we have the right people, on the right projects, at the right time.
You will be a natural leader and linchpin - someone that is considered by others as a facilitator and trusted support. By working in harmony with the Client Service team you will help guide projects through the Agency, ensuring the highest creative output is produced, timings are maintained and budgets are adhered to.
Whether we are delivering a Brand / Digital / Social / Film / Print / Experiential / Data led campaign, you will lean on your experience, intuition and creative know-how to help plan and support all agency teams through the relevant process(es).
You’ll be highly organised, self-motivated and possess a natural ability to prioritise ( and reprioritise again) whilst juggling multiple workstreams. Confident in all forms of written and oral communication, with strong commercial acumen, you’ll be able to remove any ambiguity and clearly articulate requirements across agency teams.
Outside of the day-to-day project management and scheduling, you will support the Creative Services Director in monitoring Agency team utilisation, implementing best practices and continuously optimising processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help lead daily stand-up meetings with the Creative team, discussing the planned work and ensuring everything is in place for the team to produce the work
- Schedule work across the Creative team and provide Production support for our key campaigns, marketing & new business projects
- Advise on scheduling conflicts and clashes across project teams, including communicating any delays or changes to scheduled timings
- Attend weekly Client team scheduling meetings to review and plan the next 2-4weeks resources
- Act as an escalation point for resources when briefings, kick-off meetings or WIPs do not happen, or processes are not followed
- Act as Gatekeeper to ensure that jobs are only booked in and progressed if they meet the relevant criteria; Creative Brief, Timing Plan, Job Number, Cost approval etc.
- Produce ad-hoc timesheet reports and project reconciliations to ensure budgets are adhered to

**Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge**:

- You will have 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in the Creative and/or Digital marketing industry, preferably within an Agency environment
- A strong understanding of the different Creative processes and resources required to produce award-winning work (e.g. Creative Concepts / Creative Development / Pre/Post-Production / Artworking / etc)
- Awareness of other marketing disciplines and their processes, such as Planning and Strategy, Data Analytics & Product/Platform Development
- Adept at briefing creative teams and an understanding of what output(s) should be achieved
- Knowledge of scheduling/resourcing tools and systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to plan, replan and replan again
- Punctuality, reliability and flexibility across all projects
- Ability to quickly understand and cascade complex project requirements
- Familiarity and experience with matrix resourc
