Support Worker

Prospero Health & Social Care are recruiting Young Persons Support Workers in North London for Young People with Challenging Behaviour.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Providing support a nurturing delivery to children and young people in residential services.
- Leading by example and maintaining good professional practices in the homes.
- Create a supportive and positive environment for each young person.
- Contribute to the young person's care plan and risk assessments.

**Experience, training, and qualifications**:

- Minimum 12 months experience of working and engaging with children and young people
- Minimum 12 months experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour
- A positive attitude

Shifts available:

- Day shifts: 9:00am to 10:00pm
- Night shifts: 10:00pm to 9:00am
- You will have the right to work in the UK
- Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willing to process an Enhanced DBS through Prospero.
- Be able to provide 5 years references
- CV - Must have dates for all jobs and education.
