Technical Customer Support

Technical Customer Support Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake and manage all cases in a timely and effective manner.
- Set up KPIs to manage and track effective resolution of cases.
- Managing cases with appropriate managers.
- Implementation of level 2 tracking with one or more systems.
- Set up dashboards across departments.
- Excellent technical customer service and customer interaction skills.
- Timely resolutions.
- Travel may be required, including international travel therefore employees must possess a valid passport.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong customer service ethos and proactive teamwork across organisational boundaries to get results.
- Experience in customer support, process implementation and project management, ideally in the technology hardware field.
- Demonstrated history of excellence in customer service.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
- Familiar with CRM tools and analysis (e.g:salesforce).
- Effective management of customer requirements and expectations.
- Familiar with product management and business administration tools (e.g:ERP Systems).

Desirable:

- Other languages are advantageous.
- Degree in Engineering, computer science, science or marketing (or equivalent experience) desired.
