EMEA HR team is looking for a People Partner (RPP) to be part of a team that creates a strong regional HR presence; to support people managers in their moments of truth during employees’ life cycle focusing on sensitive employee relations processes, while being highly accessible to employees for guidance and consultation, and also to consult and support HR partner worldwide, managers and employees with HR related issues in UK and South Africa.

**What will your job look like?**:

- Lead and guide people managers and employees on different HR topics in several countries in EMEA.
- Travel to different sites across UK once a quarter.
- Consult, advise and support HR partners, managers and employees in sensitive cases of employee relations, dilemmas and problems, as well as manage a relevant solution.
- Collaborate and consolidate with different interfaces within the region, to support cross country processes and lead to their solution/implementation.
- Design and develop HR policies, processes & solutions in the Employee Relations domain. Work with internal and external interfaces on implementation considering the various legal/local regulations.

**All you need is...**:

- At least 3-4 years of HR roles experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Employee Relations as well as managing sensitive situations, grievances - A big advantage.
- Experience with working with business leaders and people managers
- Experience with leading HR projects, change management and PMI - A big advantage.
- Coaching skills / certification - an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in social science or Behavioral science - must.
- Master’s degree in human resources - an advantage.
- Fluent in written English.
