Impact Call Centre Ltd is a fun, friendly, professional and diverse business providing call centre solutions for companies in the UK and aboard.

We are located on the Romsey Industrial Estate, which is just a short walk from Romsey train station. Train journeys from **Southampton Central take from as little as 11 minutes.**

**Please note this is an office based role where social distancing measures have been introduced.**

**Responsibilities**
- Make Outbound calls to new and existing customers offering product sales and services
- Deliver a world class service to ensure repeat sales by following our successful sales process
- Maximise every sales opportunity through direct sales, cross selling and up selling
- Attend regular sales and product meetings to help maximise earning potential
- Provide value for money to our client by exceeding KPI targets
- Build long term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Prospecting and working your own leads
- Building a strong and successful sales pipeline across multiple campaigns

**Location**

Our offices are in Romsey but this role can be 100% remote working, hybrid or office based depending on the individual’s requirements.

**All equipment provided by us for a home or office working environment.**

However for remote working you will be required to have good broadband connection and a suitable quiet place to work.

**Pay**
- **Full time**:Starting salary of £19,905 plus uncapped commission OTE £28,000 - £35000
- Progression to next pay scales available
- **Same rates of pay for under-25s**
