**The Building Maintenance Company** is a long established business, providing commercial property maintenance services to retail, pub/restaurant chains, charities, the care sector and well-known businesses across the UK.

We are looking to recruit a qualified **Maintenance Roofer** with joinery experience to carry out reactive maintenance repairs and quoted works on our customers' multiple premises throughout Teesside and North Yorkshire. You will need to have at least 3 years experience (post apprenticeship) and/or be time served.

You'll be working mainly unsupervised, working one man per van, but you'll work alongside other teammates on bigger jobs. We work for a variety of commercial customers such as restaurants, pubs, offices, shops etc. The types of jobs are varied and interesting.

The working week is a minimum of 40 hours Monday to Friday. There will be the opportunity for plenty of overtime for those who want it.

We're looking for people who are willing to learn new skills and turn your hand to minor jobs of other trades too. If you've got some joinery and general building experience that would be great.
- A company van and fuel card will be provided, therefore a valid driving licence is essential.
