The requirement is to hire a cohort of 4-6 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our brand new office in READING. We will be running a dedicated training academy to ensureas a business we are converting your prior life & professional experiences into sharp recruitment competencies to maximise your chances of success. The Reading Commercial Director, Contract Regional Director, Global L&D Director / Team and the wider leadershipteam will all be part of well organised academy that will be delivered over a period of 6 months, consisting of workshops, online learning, desk based mentoring & coaching.
