As a multifaceted company we present an exciting opportunity for a Fitness and Wellbeing Coach.

A community leisure centre should offer something for everyone. And variety is what you’ll get on a visit to Honiton Leisure Centre. Customers can take their pick from a 25-metre pool, a large multi-purpose gym, badminton and squash courts, a dance studio, five-a-side football and an outdoor tennis court. We also have imaginative exercise classes for all ages and abilities, it’s all about variety.

**THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE**:
As a Fitness and Wellbeing Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the Leisure Centre alongside the Duty Manager and Fitness Lead. Your primary focus involves maximising Health & Fitness Studio utilisation, achieving key performance indicators, and crafting tailored training programs through fitness MOTs. Additionally, you'll spearhead health initiatives, promote facility usage, ensure safety compliance, and maintain equipment functionality. This role suits someone proactive, customer-oriented, and dedicated to fostering fitness within a secure and supportive environment.
