**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Customer Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for driving positive engagement through relevant and impactful communication plans that enhance colleagues’ understanding of the Lifeplus brand, vision, culture and values.

Your primary focus will be to define and deliver an internal communications framework, with autonomy and creativity to align multi-cultural teams across different departments and locations.

**The role will include but is not limited to**:

- With appointed communications / PR agency, develop, deliver and review an internal communications framework that reflects the needs of stakeholders
- Plan, write and deliver a range of communications and assets that inspire and inform each audience, translating business strategies into key messages using existing and new channels
- Support Lifeplus leaders and teams in delivering compelling communication that supports the company vision
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align internal communications on an over-arching communications calendar
- Analyse the performance of internal communication activities and initiatives and inform future decisions
- Review new technologies to keep the business at the forefront of internal communications, leveraging external networks when appropriate
- Drive value-led behaviours and build employer brand advocacy to achieve organisational goals
- Support the wider marketing comms team on external communication needs as and when required.
- Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling copy and strategic storytelling for internal audiences
- Creative mind-set, robust digital skills, and imaginative flair for content
- Knowledge of best practices for internal communications
- Experience working in an international environment with different cultures
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in graphic design to visually communicate ideas and messages
- High levels of emotional intelligence and resilience
- A role model for collaboration and diplomacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite (video editing desirable), Canva, Wrike or other workflow tools, WordPress or other CMS, Aprimo or other Digital Asset Management system.
- Communications professional with a recognised qualification and relevant on-the-job experience - minimum of 5 years at a senior level
- Wellbeing experience and a passion for health and wellbeing
- Experience working in a Pan-European environment
- Additional European language skills are preferable

**Hours and Days**:
Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week. Flexibility in hours and days would be expected (European Travel will be required).

**Location**:
Flexibility to travel between our sites in St Neots will be expected.
