**What we need from a Barback**:

- We come alive at night Our bars are open until 2am/3am.
- A go-getter attitudeBarbacks are the spine of the Team We need a Barback who is ready to get stuck in, be ready to provide the bartenders with what they need when they’re low
- this can be alcohol, garnish or even ice
- You must be confident. Because it’s not easy to carry boxes of drinks through a busy busy crowd of people at night.
- A good Barback has the best communication and can always anticipate what the team will need. You’re the ultimate team player.
- But with the right mind-set and eagerness to learn, you'll be the perfect fit Because we can teach you the rest.
- We will work with you and help **develop you** so if you are looking to take that step to becoming a Cocktail Bartender, this is where to start

**What we need from a Floortender**:

- Floortender’s love people You’re sometimes the first to greet them, so we want you to give them a great first impression.
- Fearlessness - you'll be taking orders and delivering drinks and food, from when it’s quiet to when it turns wild and busy
- You’ll be our guests favourite person - always checking that they’re happy and dancing with them on the dance floor of course
- Ensuring cleanliness in the venue, supporting the bar team, setting up and closing the venue to a high standard.
- But no matter your experience - with the right mind-set and eagerness to learn, you'll be the perfect fit Because we can teach you

**What we need from a Host**:

- You'll be confident, focused and always ready to have a laugh with our guests and the team.. Not afraid to speak in front of large groups of people, especially on a busy night when the music volume goes up.
- We want our hosts to be very organised, capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is
- As a host, you are calm and collected. Even when there's a large queue of people trying to get in, you won't let them see you sweat.
- Making sure everyone who walks through the door is greeted, seated, and given the best tour around our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
- As a Host, you'll know the venue inside and out and be ready to make every first impression count
- But even if you don't have experience with these things, if you have the right character, then we can show you everything else

**What we need from a Bartender**:

- Free pouring, shaking a cocktail in each hand and knowing **35 cocktails** is not easy But we’ll help you make it look easy
- A multi-tasker who is fast and charismatic. You’ll always look cool shaking our cocktails
- You’ll be ready to learn how make a variety of cocktails and maybe even some tricks behind the bar
- It will get very busy, especially over weekends. You must be confident in your skills to show them you’re unstoppable
- Previous experience as a Bartender is desired but not essential. We need you to let your personality shine as well as your eagerness to become the best bartender in the Venue
