**The role**

Key Responsibilities
- Support across all departments in the business including editorial, agency, e-commerce and video with all graphic and retouching requests
- Working collaboratively with the team to interpret and develop creative briefs to deliver high quality content in a timely manner
- Creating bespoke and premium still image assets for digital channels, including imagery for paid social campaigns and CRM materials
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritising where necessary to meet required deadlines
- Taking lead in quality control ensuring consistency across all creative output and the adherence of brand guidelines
- Confidently communicating design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine designs
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Management and organisation of files

Required Qualifications/Skills
- Proficient in adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- 2+ years experience in Graphic design role
- 1+ year in retouching
- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts
- Strong communication, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage your time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines
- A portfolio demonstrate your work in both graphic design and retouching
- Produce innovative logos, designs, print, digital media

Desirable
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- A good understanding of commercial content
- Understanding of ad placement variation limitations and benefits across multiple channels
- Awareness of industry trends and standards, social media, marketing trends
- A passion for design and an eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics, tech and gaming industry and trends
- Previous experience in an agency environment
- Experience with animation and motion graphics
