**HR Advisor | Horley | c£33,000-£35,000pa | Hybrid Working Offered | Permanent | Extensive Benefits | Part or Full Time Hours Available**
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an adult social care organisation based in the Horley area (part home working and part office based).
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for working with managers and staff across the organisation to resolve a variety of employee relations issues.
**Duties include**:
- Lead and work with the HRD on developing Group Staff Mental Health Support Strategy
- Responsible for resolving and supporting with a wide variety of employee relations issues.
- Take responsibility for Group Absence Management review and processes alongside the HR Assistant
- Support the team in the absence on the HRD
- Assist in recruitment to include involvement in interviews where required
- Support on a variety of HR projects and activities to support the HR team to achieve team and strategic goals
- Creation and compliance with HR Policies and Procedures.
- Graduate or member of the CIPD (or working towards) with a solid generalist HR background.
- Expert in employee relations (disciplinary and grievance process) with sound employment law knowledge.
- Experience of developing, writing and working to policies and procedures.
- Ability to relationship build across various levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
