If you enjoy supporting others as they go from strength to strength in their career, then join Elysium as the Regional Training Officer for our CAMHS services and work alongside the Learning and Development team as you identify and implement staff trainingto ensure staff have up-to-date knowledge and skills to provide great healthcare. This 6 month contract role will see you reporting to the Training Manager and liaise with the central L&D Team and senior management at sites to provide inclusive support for our induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service delivery. As a Regional Training Officer, you will work collaboratively with the wider L&D team, Registered Managers and Regional Leads for CAMHS services to evolve and shape the training to ensure it is service-specific, accessible to all employees and under nationalguidelines. You could be based is Hertfordshire, Brighton or Worcestershire, aas there are the locations of our CAMHS services for which you will be responsible for and will need to travel to from time to time. Hertfordshire would be the most suitable location for thisrole. **Your Responsibilities**: - To support the services training team with design anddeliver, as part of the induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service delivery - To provide support with training requirements as identified by Training Managers, central L&D Team and Hospital Directors - To ensure that all training has an inclusive approach and can evidence best practice - To support new sites / acquisitions with specific induction, refresher teaching, and other training requirements through a needs analysis approach - To work with site L&D Contacts, Leads and Hospital Directors or Registered Managers to ensure the site learning activity is service specific, measurable, recorded, certificated and monitored, accessible and therefore achievable, relevant under nationalguidelines for the industry, timely planned and delivered - To work at part of the National Learning and Development Team (LDT), directed by the Training Manager - To work with the Training Managers and L&D Contacts to ensure all sites have access to the required learning opportunities, working in the designated geographic area, and where required on a national basis - To react positively to hot topics, changes in legislation, governing body impacts or corporate policy changes. - To take part, as directed, in the review process of all training packages and related policies on a predetermined basis **As a Regional Training Officer, you will have**: - Qualified GSA MVA Trainer (or willing to gain the qualification)
