**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing and basic electrical work,.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients and Park Owner/Head Office to understand their needs and provide solutions.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills

Please note that you are required to live on site in a rent free 2 bedroom park home on site. As the park has a retirment park licence children are not allowed to live on the park. Normal hours of work are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

- Frodsham, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
