**Programme Manager**

Location - Milton Keynes/remote (mainly remote)

**Typical responsibilities**
- Responsibility to manage single or multiple Programmes
- Preparing Programme plans for small/medium-sized Programmes or for sub-Programmes, according to quality, cost and scheduling requirements
- Planning and managing Programmes in and/or sub-Programmes in higher-value Programmes according to Programme standards set by us and the customer
- Creates resource plan and manage the Programme resources within matrix management structure
- Supports the preparation and control of optimization measures relating to processes and quality
- Must have a structured approach to delivery of Programmes and demonstrate a thorough appreciation of and adherence to Programme management best practices and methodologies.
- Modifying and implementing Programme phases in the performance of contracts according to customer requirements.
- Ensure financial results of the Programmes in line with the scope of the Programme.
- Ensure the delivery of the Programme to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction
- Communication and presentation to mid management level with good communication skills
- Completes all operational and organizational tasks/processes independently and autonomously
- Able to manage multiple project managers to deliver on your programme(s)

**Your skills**
- In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
- In-depth understanding of performance evaluation principles
- Proficiency in various programme management software, including MS Office, MS Project
- Ability to manage a team and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
