Allied Health Professionals Suffolk CIC (AHPS) are recruiting full time Patient Services Coordinators to join our team based near Eye, Suffolk.

AHPS is a social enterprise and one of the leading companies specialising in MSK physiotherapy services across East Anglia delivering care to NHS patients. Due to our continued growth and new projects, we are seeking new team members.

Our Patient Service Coordinators are the first point of contact for patients and GPs. As a member of our team, you will be speaking to patients and other colleagues on the telephone, dealing with a range of administrative tasks to ensure patients receive the care they need. Our work is fast-paced, sometimes challenging, but always rewarding.

Our ideal team member will have experience of making and receiving telephone calls, to and from, the public whilst utilising keyboard data entry skills to accurately record information in our IT system, (SystmOne).

You will manage electronic referrals from GPs, hospitals and other health and care agencies, along with referrals from our patients. Patients are booked appointments for their care, or discharged, or signposted to other services, if care is not appropriate.

You will be calm under pressure, confident working within a team, meet our minimum criteria as set out in the person specification and job description, with an ability to multi-task frequently.

**Salary**: £21,730.00-£23,177.00 per year
