**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff/waiting on member to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include serving beverages, running food to tables, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar/kitchen area. The ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, Mothers/Fathers Day and bank holidays is essential.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent guest experiences by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation as required, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen areas.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills related to food and beverage service.
