**Role Overview**

**Experience required**
- Some experience in a relevant customer service role
- Interest or knowledge in wine (WSET level 1 desirable )
- Food Safety experience (desirable)

**Personal characteristics**:

- Warm, welcoming and engaging, with exceptional people skills and a focus on excellent customer service
- A genuine passion for wine, particularly the English Wine Industry
- Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work within a team and independently.

**Other requirements**:

- This role will require flexibility around work during peak periods and will include weekend and bank holiday working.

**Contract**:

- This a full-time position, 6 months fixed term contract
