**Are you a teacher with a passion for creating educational content looking for a change in career?**

Our client, an experiential events agency specialising in early careers workshops in both virtual and physical settings are looking for a Head of Content to join their team.

Reporting into the company director, this role will involve working closely together with the account management team for a range of existing clients and to develop the graduate recruitment side of the business.

You will be:

- Involved in the pre-planning stage from brief taking, content creation to the final delivery of the event
- Responsible for quality control and ensuring client’s story is told in the best possible way
- Working with the account management team to inform content costs and proactively managing a team of freelance content creators and facilitators to deliver great events
- Creating and managing onsite teams to ensure that the whole campaign is delivered to the highest standards
- Ensuring final content is delivered in the most engaging way
- Sourcing and training facilitators to deliver content at each workshop
- Managing a pool of freelancers to deliver content; coordinating and editing their work

**Requirements**:

- This role would really suit someone who has experience in delivering early careers or educational content, such as that of in a classroom setting or in facilitating educational/early careers workshops
- The ability and desire to create and edit engaging content for an audience of school age or graduates
- The confidence to communicate with and present to clients on a professional level, whether this be at an event or at the brief stage
- A proactive aptitude and ability to manage time effectively
- Our client typically use Mac Computers so will be primarily using Numbers (Excel), Pages (Word) and Keynote (Powerpoint), with additional work on Google Workspace; full training will be given on this form of software but good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite is essential.
