We have vacancies for experienced staff to join our friendly team at our Blackpool Branch.

We can offer a competitive basic salary plus a monthly bonus and an annual wage review.

**The role involves**:

- Dealing with our customers face to face and over the phone
- Handling new business enquiries, sales, mid-term adjustments and renewal terms
- Securing new business opportunities
- Growing existing business income through retention and cross-selling
- Providing technical advice to ensure our customers insurance needs are met
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- A working knowledge of General Insurance products
- Strong communication skills and sales ability
- Customer Service experience
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of using broker software systems such as CDL or SSP
- Excellent written & communication skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
