For a start, there is a minimum OTE of £29,230 and an uncapped performance bonus, a subsidised canteen, and 10% discount on your shopping after 12 weeks.

So what will you be doing? You play a vital role for our customers as we pick and assemble our products, preparing them to be dispatched to our stores in an efficient and safe way. We’ll give you full training in moving and picking stock, all you need to do is follow directions and get those right. We will make sure you have all the tools and equipment you need to move products around the warehouse with our friendly team always there to help you if you need it.

With our customers always front and centre, you take pride in your work, always determining the best way to assemble products so they are store ready whilst taking care of any damaged stock you see and making sure we are always working within our safety procedures.

We are recruiting for the Mid shift which means you will be working 2pm-10pm any 5 days out of 7. Here at Sainsburys we offer great training, if you are looking for a way in to a big brand that will give you real progression, this is it.
