As our Social Media Associate you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of building and scaling a company. By providing you with the ownership of our content marketing, we want to constantly push you out of your comfort zone. **Your Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels with aggregate +255,000 cross-platform followers
- Scale follower base on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube, and adapt the content to suit different channels
- Research industry-related topics and generate ideas for content and curating it for social media
- Copywrite, design, edit and repurpose audio, visual and written content
- Execute data-driven strategies to our social media presence

Furthermore, we expect that you:

- Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
- 2+ Years of experience
- Have an UK work permit
- Possess exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Are an excellent communicator in writing with an exceptional attention to detail
- Are excellent at communicating both written and verbally
