**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (NOONS)**

Full-time 37.5 hours per week | Permanent

Sunday 12.00pm to 8.30pm, Monday to Thursday 3.30pm to Midnight

**Salary**: £28,560 + regular paid overtime available

Our business provides a next day supply and distribution service through our nationwide network of distribution depots, serving an average of 2750 customers every day

This is a **full-time **opportunity for you to join our warehousing team in our Stoke-on-Trent distribution centre.

**What you will be doing**
- Monitoring and managing performance to ensure KPIs are achieved
- Leading, motivating and training a team, and organising recruitment
- Identifying opportunities for continual improvement and added valued
- Ensuring compliance in line with Company procedures and Home Office guidelines
- Maintaining high standards of Health and Safety
- Where necessary, conduct investigative and disciplinary meetings in line with our policies

**Who we are looking for**
- Experience in leading a team, ideally in a busy warehousing environment
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff
- Strong planning skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Experience of managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Knowledge of warehouse systems of work
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
