To help with our goals, we are recruiting a Senior Community Carers to work alongside our Management Team. Your time will be split between working in Belfast and in the office in Dundrum and working out in the community supporting our Clients and our staff. Duties will include completing pre-admission assessments and compiling care plans for new Clients, reviewing care packages, working with the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator with the whole recruitment and retention process. You will also be involved in supervision and appraisals of Community Care Workers.

We offer an excellent rate of pay, free uniform, free parking when in the office, supportive management structure, and the opportunity to progress your career either through promotion or by completing Level 3/5 Diploma in Health & Social Care & Leadership & Management.

**Salary**: £11.75-£12.50 per hour
