**Sales Designer**

South Coast (Dorset) based up to £40,000 per annum plus an benefits package within a rapidly expanding company.

**Company Details**

**Do you?**
- Have experience and are proficient user of AUTOCAD gained within a building / architectural environment.
- Have surveying knowledge & experience of designing steel framed or modular buildings
- Have knowledge of light steel construction - highly desirable
- Have excellent communications skills, written and oral along with strong IT skills, especially in Excel
- Have Revit experience - 3 years
- Have strong organisational skills
- Have the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Have a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and succeed
- Have a valid CSCS card

**Are you?**
- Degree level qualified orHNC/HND will be considered with the right experience / Track Record or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Experienced and proficient user of 3D software packages. Products such as Google Sketchup, Photoshop, Inventor, Advance, 3D Max, Solid Works etc. Graphic design experience a distinct advantage
- A good negotiator with strong influencing skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Methodical and diligent in your approach to problem-solving
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills

**The Role**

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Sales Department and Project Managers in providing drawings and visualisations for our clients or potential clients. This needs to be to the clients deadlines and be based on practical modular solutions fromour product base as dictated by Design.
